Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons real vermont maple syrup
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetables or 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- coarse salt
- black pepper
Recipe
- 1 whisk together the mustad, syrup, and vinegar. slowly whisk in oils, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
