Standby Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons real vermont maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetables or 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • coarse salt
  • black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 whisk together the mustad, syrup, and vinegar. slowly whisk in oils, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
