Sour Cream Banana Cake

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 whisk all the wet ingredients together in a medium bowl until smooth. set aside.
- 3 whisk dry ingredients together in a large bowl. spray your bundt pan with cooking spray, or lightly grease.
- 4 mix wet ingredients into the dry, adding a tbs or so of milk if needed. batter will be thick but not dry. pour evenly into the bundt pan and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. let cool completely before removing from pan.
- 5 serve with powdered sugar and fresh strawberries.
