Ingredients
- 1 cup dry sherry
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 4 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- salt and pepper
- 10 ice cubes
Recipe
- 1 whisk all ingredients except oil into a container, slowly add oil while whisking, microwave on hi for three minutes (or bring to a boil in a pan).
- 2 cool by adding ice cubes.
- 3 marinate 4 lbs of meat for 6-8 hours.
