Sherry - Garlic Marinade

Total Time: 8 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry sherry
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 4 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper
  • 10 ice cubes

Recipe

  • 1 whisk all ingredients except oil into a container, slowly add oil while whisking, microwave on hi for three minutes (or bring to a boil in a pan).
  • 2 cool by adding ice cubes.
  • 3 marinate 4 lbs of meat for 6-8 hours.
