Ingredients

- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into half-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 2 cups dry wine
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 pound chicken pieces to 1/4 inch thick.
- 2 heat 2 tbsp oil over high heat.
- 3 add chicken, brown, and remove from pan.
- 4 add wine and deglaze pan.
- 5 add salt, pepper, lemon and remaining oil.
- 6 bring to a boil over high heat.
- 7 return chicken to pan and boil until chicken is done.
