lemon-wine chicken

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into half-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 2 cups dry wine
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 pound chicken pieces to 1/4 inch thick.
  • 2 heat 2 tbsp oil over high heat.
  • 3 add chicken, brown, and remove from pan.
  • 4 add wine and deglaze pan.
  • 5 add salt, pepper, lemon and remaining oil.
  • 6 bring to a boil over high heat.
