Evonne's Strawberry Bread

Ingredients

• 3 cups flour
• 4 large eggs, beaten
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 1/2 cups canola oil
• 3/4 cup frozen strawberries, thawed
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 cup chopped nuts
• cream cheese

Recipe

• 1 combine all ingredients and mix well. pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans, 9 x 5-inches.
• 2 bake 325°f for 45- 50 minutes.
• 3 spread slices with cream cheese.
