Spicy Green Bean Stir Fry

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 4 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili-garlic sauce
  • 2 teaspoons black bean sauce
  • 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, cut into thick slices
  • 2 cups green beans (washed)
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl, combine all ingredients except the green beans, garlic and canola oil. stir well, until sugar is disolved.
  • 2 heat a wok on high and add canola oil and garlic slices when hot.
  • 3 when garlic is browned, remove from the wok. **note: do not burn garlic. i f garlic is burnt, remove oil and start over.**.
  • 4 add the green beans and stir consistantly for about 2-4 minutes, or until the green beans are browned.
  • 5 add in the sauce mixture. cook, while stirring for another minute or so.
  • 6 when done, drain half the sauce and serve.
