Ingredients
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/3 cup soymilk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 carrots
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup raisins
Recipe
- 1 mix together all wet ingredients.
- 2 mix all dry, except oatmeal and raisins, in a separate bowl.
- 3 add dry to wet.
- 4 add oatmeal and raisins.
- 5 bake at 400f for 12 minute.
