Yummy Healthy Muffins

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup soymilk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Recipe

  • 1 mix together all wet ingredients.
  • 2 mix all dry, except oatmeal and raisins, in a separate bowl.
  • 3 add dry to wet.
  • 4 add oatmeal and raisins.
  • 5 bake at 400f for 12 minute.
