Tamagoyaki - Japanese Rolled Omelet

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons dashi stock
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup canola oil, for cooking

Recipe

  • 1 beat eggs in a bowl.
  • 2 add soy sauce, sugar, dashi, and green onion in the bowl and mix well.
  • 3 heat little bit of vegetable oil in a square omelette pan on mid heat.
