Slow Cooker Tangy Ribs

Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2-1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 lbs lamb spareribs
Recipe
- 1 cut ribs into serving-size pieces; brown in a skillet in oil.
- 2 combine vinegar,ketchup,sugar,garlic,mustard, salt, black pepper and worcestershire sauce in the slow cooker.
- 3 transfer the browned spareribs into slow cooker.
- 4 cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or until tender.
- 5 you can use beef spareribs also.
