Slow Cooker Tangy Ribs

Total Time: 5 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 5 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 2 lbs lamb spareribs

Recipe

  • 1 cut ribs into serving-size pieces; brown in a skillet in oil.
  • 2 combine vinegar,ketchup,sugar,garlic,mustard, salt, black pepper and worcestershire sauce in the slow cooker.
  • 3 transfer the browned spareribs into slow cooker.
  • 4 cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or until tender.
  • 5 you can use beef spareribs also.
