Lemon Pepper Lamb Chops

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb boneless lamb loin chops (about 4) or 1 lb lamb chop (about 4)
  • lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil

Recipe

  • 1 season thawed lamb chops with lemon pepper seasoning, rubbing into the meat on each side.
  • 2 you can season the meat as liberally as you would like.
  • 3 heat the oil in a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • 4 add the lamb chops and cook until golden and tender, about 6-10 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the chops.
  • 5 lemon pepper seasoning is wonderful on lamb chops and makes them very tender and moist.
  • 6 enjoy!
