Easy Gluten-free Biscuits

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup cornmeal (gluten-free)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup canola oil

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • 2 in a medium size bowl mix the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt. make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and stir in the beaten eggs, oil, and milk.
  • 3 note: if the dough is to moist add an extra 1/4 cup flour.
  • 4 roll dough out in a sheet about 1 1/2 inches thick and cut out biscuits.
  • 5 place on baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
