Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 cups long grain rice
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 can mushroom (keep juice)
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons soya sauce
- 1 green bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 cup celery (chopped)
- 4 green onions (chopped)
- water, plus mushroom juice to equal 4 1/2 cups
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together and put in a baking dish.
- 2 bake at 350f for 1 hour.
- 3 when done, any cooked meat of your choice can be added.
