No Fuss, No Fry, Baked Fried Rice

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups long grain rice
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 can mushroom (keep juice)
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 1 green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 cup celery (chopped)
  • 4 green onions (chopped)
  • water, plus mushroom juice to equal 4 1/2 cups

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together and put in a baking dish.
  • 2 bake at 350f for 1 hour.
  • 3 when done, any cooked meat of your choice can be added.
