Shallot Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • Servings: 40
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 shallot
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • 2 chill and serve over salad.
