- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 shallot
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- 2 chill and serve over salad.
