Ingredients

- 6 ounces baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 orange, peeled and sliced
- 16 black olives
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunk
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons canola oil mayonnaise
Recipe
- 1 toss together salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- 2 whisk dressing ingredients in a small cruet.
- 3 chill both, separately, for 30 minutes.
- 4 to serve, pour dressing over salad, toss together.
