Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2/3 cup water
- 4 1/2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 2 -3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 4 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons honey or 2 teaspoons sugar
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a jar or cruet.
- 2 shake well and chill.
