Tangy Corn Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (12 ounce) can shoepeg corn
  • 2/3 cup green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 4 -6 green onions, finely sliced
  • 1/4 cup wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe

  • 1 drain corn well, then combine with all remaining ingredients.
  • 2 mix well and chill for 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
