Mrs. Scott's Chocolate Vinegar Cake

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa (i like hershey's baking cocoa)
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons distilled vinegar
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350* f.
  • 2 place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well. pour into an ungreased 13x9 inch pan.
  • 3 bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until done. cool completely; frost as desired.
