Susan's All Grain Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 large mashed bananas
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 1/2 cups millers unprocessed natural bran
- 1 1/2 cups organic whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons whole flax seeds
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven 400 degrees.
- 2 mash the bananas.
- 3 add all the wet ingredients to the bananas and mix thoroughly.
- 4 add the dry ingredients, except the raisins, to the wet ingredients and mix with electric mixer 2-3 minutes.
- 5 add the raisins last and mix thoroughly.
- 6 spray muffin tins with a grease release (pam) and fill to the top of muffin tin.
- 7 tap muffin tins on counter a couple of times to settle any bubbles in mixture.
- 8 bake. enjoy.
