Sauteed Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 center-cut lamb chops
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/4-1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Recipe
- 1 coat chops in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
- 2 beat eggs and mix with milk.
- 3 dip floured chops in egg mixture.
- 4 dip chops in bread crumbs.
- 5 heat oil in skillet.
- 6 when hot, add lamb chops and brown 3 minutes on each side.
- 7 add chicken broth and garlic.
- 8 cover and cook over medium heat for 45 minutes, or until chops are tender.
- 9 take cover off skillet for last 5 minutes of cooking.
