Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 1/2 cups milk
Recipe
- 1 combine dry ingredients in medium bowl.
- 2 beat egg then add to dry ingredients with oil and milk. a few small lumps in the batter is fine.
- 3 drop batter onto lightly greased hot pan. flip when edges start to look a little dry and there are bubbles in the middle.
- 4 serve and enjoy!
