Chamomile Bread

Ingredients

  • 9 ounces cooled camomile tea
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid lecithin
  • 3 cups whole wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons whey powder
  • 2 tablespoons gluten flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Recipe

  • 1 put all of the ingredients in the bread machine according to manufacturer's directions.
  • 2 select basic wheat cycle and light crust.
