Ingredients
- 6 carrots
- 4 cups canola oil
Recipe
- 1 peel carrots, then slice them crosswise in half. use a slicer to make them lengthwise, thin slices of carrot no more thn 1/16 inch thick.
- 2 heat the oil in a deep pot or deep fryer to 350 degrees f.
- 3 drop a handful of carrot slices at a time into a hot oil. fry the carrots for 10-15 seconds or until they turn a dark brown.
- 4 remove carrots and drain and cool on a paper towel.
- 5 serve carrots in a shallow bowl with sauce.
