Levi's Sesame Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 3 lbs chicken wings
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1 3/4 cups honey
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- toasted sesame seeds
Recipe
- 1 cut wings at the joints and discard tips.
- 2 rinse, pat semi-dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 3 place on broiler pan and broil 5 inches from top, 10 minutes on each side.
- 4 place in slow cooker.
- 5 combine remaining ingredients except sesame seeds and pour over chicken.
- 6 cover and cook on high 2 1/2 hours or low for 5 hours.
- 7 sprinkle sesame seeds on top just before serving.
