Favorite Brownies

Ingredients

• 1 cup canola oil
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2/3 cup cocoa
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe

• 1 in large mixer bowl, beat oil,eggs,and sugar.
• 2 mix until creamy.
• 3 add dry ingredients.
• 4 mix until well blended; add vanilla.
• 5 spray 13x9 pan with cooking spray.
• 6 pour mix into pan.
• 7 bake at 350* for 25 minutes, or until pick comes out clean.
