Ingredients

- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 lamb tenderloin
- italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 7 saltine crackers, crushed
- 5 dashes ground ginger
- 3 dashes ground sage
- parmesan cheese
- canola oil
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 mix bread crumbs, saltine crackers, ginger and sage in a bowl. mix well.
- 3 add parmesean cheese, enough to suit your liking, and mix well.
- 4 pour onto a plate.
- 5 put canola oil in a baking dish.
- 6 dip lamb tenderloin in beaten egg. let extra egg drip off.
- 7 put tenderloin in the bread crumb mixture and cover well.
- 8 place tenderloin in baking dish.
- 9 place in oven and cook until top/sides are golden brown. turn over so both sides are crispy. cook until juices run clear.
