Lamb Loins

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 4 lamb tenderloin
  • italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 7 saltine crackers, crushed
  • 5 dashes ground ginger
  • 3 dashes ground sage
  • parmesan cheese
  • canola oil

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 mix bread crumbs, saltine crackers, ginger and sage in a bowl. mix well.
  • 3 add parmesean cheese, enough to suit your liking, and mix well.
  • 4 pour onto a plate.
  • 5 put canola oil in a baking dish.
  • 6 dip lamb tenderloin in beaten egg. let extra egg drip off.
  • 7 put tenderloin in the bread crumb mixture and cover well.
  • 8 place tenderloin in baking dish.
  • 9 place in oven and cook until top/sides are golden brown. turn over so both sides are crispy. cook until juices run clear.
