Low-fat Oven Fried Parmesan Potatoes

- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- pepper
- salt
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 450 degrees.
- 2 scrub potatoes, but don't peel.
- 3 cut in wedges or strips.
- 4 place potato slices in a plastic bag with the oil and shake well to coat potatoes evenly.
- 5 combine remaining ingredients in a separate plastic bag.
- 6 add potatoes and shake to coat.
