Low-fat Oven Fried Parmesan Potatoes

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • pepper
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 450 degrees.
  • 2 scrub potatoes, but don't peel.
  • 3 cut in wedges or strips.
