can't get enough caramel cookies!

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Recipe

  • melt butter or margarine over low heat. remove from heat and mix with brown sugar and salt. mix in oats and baking powder.
  • press a greased 9 x 13 inch cookie sheet. bake at 400 degrees f (205 degrees c) until melted together and lightly brown, about 8 minutes. watch carefully! cut while hot.
