Diy Cocoa-hazelnut Spread

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt (optional)
  • 1 cup unsalted hazelnuts, toasted

Recipe

  • place all ingredients in oster® versa® performance blender in order listed; pulse on high 2 to 3 times, using tamper to press ingredients into blade.
  • blend on high for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until creamy; transfer to a covered container.
  • store airtight in refrigerator.
