Granola, Best Ever!

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 4 cups old fashioned oats
  • 2 cups sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 pre heat oven to 300 degrees.
  • 2 mix oats, almonds, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • 3 warm oil and honey in a sauce pan, whisk in vanilla extract.
  • 4 pour over mixture in bowl and toss until coated.
  • 5 spread on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes.
  • 6 stir up mixture about half way to brown.
