Granola, Best Ever!

Ingredients
- Servings: 20
- 4 cups old fashioned oats
- 2 cups sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Recipe
- 1 pre heat oven to 300 degrees.
- 2 mix oats, almonds, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.
- 3 warm oil and honey in a sauce pan, whisk in vanilla extract.
- 4 pour over mixture in bowl and toss until coated.
- 5 spread on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes.
- 6 stir up mixture about half way to brown.
