Ingredients

- 2 pears, peeled and seeded
- 1 tablespoon grated horseradish
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons cold pressed canola oil
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
- salt and black pepper
Recipe
- 1 cut the pear into small cubes.
- 2 mix all the ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
