- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (10 ounce) can rotel tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons basil, chopped
- 1/2 fresh lemon, juice of
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet, saute‚ beans, onion and garlic in hot oil until beans are tender-crisp.
- 2 stir in rotel and basil.
- 3 simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 4 sprinkle with lemon juice.
