Raspberry Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 1/8 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 4 ounces fat free raspberry yogurt
- 1/8 cup skim milk
- 1/8 cup canola oil
- 3/4 cup raspberries (can use frozen, do not thaw)
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 heat oven 375 spray muffin tin with not stick cooking spray.
- 2 combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- 3 whisk together egg, yogurt, milk and oil.
- 4 pour over dry ingredients then sprinkle raspberries and chips on top.
- 5 stir till just combined.
- 6 divide into pan.
- 7 bake 20-25 mins.
- 8 cool 10 mins and remove.
