Raspberry Chocolate Muffins

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/8 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 4 ounces fat free raspberry yogurt
  • 1/8 cup skim milk
  • 1/8 cup canola oil
  • 3/4 cup raspberries (can use frozen, do not thaw)
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven 375 spray muffin tin with not stick cooking spray.
  • 2 combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  • 3 whisk together egg, yogurt, milk and oil.
  • 4 pour over dry ingredients then sprinkle raspberries and chips on top.
  • 5 stir till just combined.
  • 6 divide into pan.
  • 7 bake 20-25 mins.
  • 8 cool 10 mins and remove.
