Chocolate Chip Yogurt Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 line a texas muffin pan with 6 liners.
- 2 mix the dry ingredients together first in a large bowl.
- 3 in another bowl, mix the wet ingredients together with a whisk.
- 4 fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and whisk until just combined and there are no more dry spots but don't overmix.
- 5 whisk in the chocolate chips.
- 6 fill each paper about halfway or a little less.
- 7 bake 25-30 minutes at 350f or until browned on top.
