Rachel's Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup italian dressing
- 2 cups flour
- canola oil
Recipe
- 1 cut chicken into nugget-size bites and put in a medium bowl.
- 2 add salad dressing and let it marinate about 15 minutes.
- 3 add flour until chicken is completely coated.
- 4 fry nuggets in a skillet with a small amount of canola oil, about 4 minutes per side.
- 5 serve with rice, peas and carrots, and a salad.
