Ingredients

- 1 cup millet flour
- 1/2 cup barley or 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch or 2 tablespoons arrowroot
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/2 cup dried fruit
Recipe
- 1 mix together the dry ingredients, mix in the wet ones until just mixed. cook on a hot waffle iron, or frying pan until golden brown.
