Ingredients

- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup canola oil or 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 2 -3 cups flour
- 1 pinch salt
Recipe
- 1 mix the yeast in slightly warmed milk and then mix in oil and salt.
- 2 add in flour and mix until combined.
- 3 it should not be too dry or too sticky.
- 4 cover the bowl and let stand/rise for 4 to 5 hours before use*-- see above description.
- 5 grease pizza pan and pat dough in pan.
