- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- water
- salt
Recipe
- 1 wash potatoes very well and peel.
- 2 cut into thin rounds (not to thin not to thick).
- 3 mix water and salt.
- 4 dip potatoes in water.
- 5 in medium pan, fry potatoes on medium heat until fork goes in easily.
- 6 serve!
