Ingredients

- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons season salt
- 1 -12 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 5 medium tomatoes
- 2 large cucumbers
- 1/4 medium onion
Recipe
- 1 cut up onion, tomato and cucumber into bite size pieces.
- 2 combine all ingredients.
- 3 store in fridge.
