• 2 tablespoons canola oil (or olive oil for olive oil spray)
• 1 cup less two tablespoons water

Recipe

• 1 buy a new plant mister bottle. wash thoroughly before using.
• 2 add two tablespoons of canola oil followed by 1 cup less two tablespoons of water.
• 3 use these sprays the same way you would use commercial cooking sprays. just make sure you shake it before each use.
