Honey Mustard Vinaigrette - Weight Watchers

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh dill or 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon water

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl, whisk the lemon juice, mustard, honey, dill and salt.
  • 2 whisk in the oil in a slow stream, then whisk in the water until smooth.
  • 3 serving size: 1 1/2 tablespoons.
