Ingredients

- 2 lbs yucca root
- 3 garlic heads
- 8 ounces canola oil
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook yuca in boiling water along with 10 carlic cloves and salt.
- 2 drain excess water.
- 3 in blender, mix oil and remaining garlic. pour over cooked yuca.
- 4 cover and cook for 10 minutes.
- 5 serve warm with seafood, poultry or steaks.
