Yucca Al Ajillo

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs yucca root
  • 3 garlic heads
  • 8 ounces canola oil
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cook yuca in boiling water along with 10 carlic cloves and salt.
  • 2 drain excess water.
  • 3 in blender, mix oil and remaining garlic. pour over cooked yuca.
  • 4 cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  • 5 serve warm with seafood, poultry or steaks.
