Sausage Wontons

Ingredients
- 1 package little smokies sausage
- 1 package wonton wrapper
- 1/4 lb sharp cheddar cheese
- canola oil or vegetable oil
- hot sauce (for dipping)
Recipe
- 1 slice small slivers of cheese.
- 2 place wonton wrapper in front of you so it is diamond shaped.
- 3 wet the two sides down from the top.
- 4 set sausage and sliver of cheese in the middle of wonton.
- 5 roll (or"diaper") bottom corner over sausage.
- 6 fold both sides in and roll from bottom.
- 7 seal and set aside.
- 8 preheat oil in a small deep fryer.
- 9 place wontons a few at a time in hot oil until wontons are a light golden brown.
- 10 serve hot with sauce.
- 11 recommended: bbq sauce (bbq sauce), hot or sweet honey mustard, horseradish and mayo sauce or good old tabasco.
