Ingredients

- 2 cups orzo pasta
- 1/2 cup canola oil or 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup pickle
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 bring to a boil a pot of salted water. add the water, and cook it until it is al dente, about 6-8 minutes. drain and rinse the orzo pasta under cold water until it is at room temperature,.
