Ninja 3 In 1: Cheddar-stuffed Burgers With Barbeque Dijon Onions

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cheddar cheese cubes, about 1 inch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 4 potato buns
Recipe
- 1 shape beef into 4 burgers.
- 2 make an indentation in center of each burger and place 1 piece cheese in each.
- 3 press beef to enclose cheese.
- 4 season burgers with salt and black pepper.
- 5 pour 1 teaspoon oil into pot.
- 6 set to stovetop high and heat oil.
- 7 stir in onions.
- 8 cook uncovered 5 minutes or until onions are tender, stirring occasionally.
- 9 stir in barbeque sauce and mustard.
- 10 cook uncovered 1 minute or until hot.
- 11 move onion mixture to one side of pot.
- 12 add remaining oil and burgers to pot.
- 13 cook 9 minutes or until burgers are cooked through, turning over once halfway through cooking time.
- 14 serve burgers and onion mixture on rolls.
