Rachel's Chicken Nuggets

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup italian dressing
  • 2 cups flour
  • canola oil

Recipe

  • 1 cut chicken into nugget-size bites and put in a medium bowl.
  • 2 add salad dressing and let it marinate about 15 minutes.
  • 3 add flour until chicken is completely coated.
  • 4 fry nuggets in a skillet with a small amount of canola oil, about 4 minutes per side.
  • 5 serve with rice, peas and carrots, and a salad.
