Pumpkin Muffins From My Taste Of Facs Class

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin

Recipe

  • 1 in a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
  • 2 make a well in the center of the dry ingredients.
  • 3 combine egg, milk, pumpkin, and applesauce in a separate bowl and add all at once into the center of the well of the dry ingredients.
  • 4 stir just until moistened. batter should be lumpy: do not over mix.
