Millet Pancakes/waffles

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 cup millet flour
  • 1/2 cup barley or 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch or 2 tablespoons arrowroot
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit

Recipe

  • 1 mix together the dry ingredients, mix in the wet ones until just mixed. cook on a hot waffle iron, or frying pan until golden brown.
