Lighter Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients
- Servings: 24
- 10 ounces dark chocolate chips (or milk)
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, with leaves
Recipe
- 1 insert toothpicks into the tops of the strawberries.
- 2 in a double boiler, melt the chocolate and oil, stirring occasionally until smooth.
- 3 holding them by the toothpicks, dip the strawberries halfway into the chocolate mixture.
- 4 do not completely cover strawberries.
