Wholemeal Bread With Oatmeal

Total Time: 5 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 225 g flour
  • 225 g whole wheat flour
  • 80 g rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons whole linseeds
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch dried sweet basil leaves
  • 370 ml water

Recipe

  • 1 place all into breadmaker in order listed (or whatever order your breadmaker recommends).
  • 2 use multigrain cycle.
